Se pare ca nu sutele de abdomene sunt solutia \ud83d\ude00 &#8222;Prin dieta, evident \ud83d\ude42 Dar sa ne intelegem, nu este dieta &#8222;Carmen Fit&#8221;, o singura dieta care functioneaza la toata lumea. Desi se aseamana intre ele, chiar si o lingurita\u00a0 de ulei si 30 grame de orez fac diferenta, asadar ele sunt personalizate !&#8221;, spune antrenoarea.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mamapentrudoi.ro\/index.php\/2017\/07\/24\/beatrice-stancioiu-fost-reporter-tv-sotie-de-fotbalist-si-mamica-de-baietel-cum-a-ajuns-sa-arate-mai-bine-dupa-sarcina-decat-inainte\/\">Beatrice Stancioiu<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, fosta mea colega si sotia fotbalistului Eduard Stancioiu, a povestit ce ii da voie Carmen sa manance: &#8222;Carmen mi-a inclus in programul de masa tot ceea ce imi place sa mananc, in afara de dulciuri, din pacate. Am trei mese principale si doua gustari. Pentru ca nimeni nu ma crede, iti dau exemplu ce mananc intr-o zi : dimineata iaurt cu ovaz, afine, gustare un fruct, la pranz somon cu orez, apoi am o gustare migdale crude, seara muschi de vita cu preferatul tau broccoli.
