Miscarile care sper sa imi salveze abdomenul"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>V-am mai povestit ca am avut ghinionul, dupa prima sarcina, sa raman cu o gaura intre muschii abdominali. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mamapentrudoi.ro\/index.php\/2017\/07\/09\/displazia-abdominala-cum-m-am-trezit-dupa-nastere-intr-un-alt-corp\/\">Diastasis recti<\/a> \/\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mamapentrudoi.ro\/index.php\/2017\/07\/09\/displazia-abdominala-cum-m-am-trezit-dupa-nastere-intr-un-alt-corp\/\">Diastaza abdominala<\/a>. Sau <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mamapentrudoi.ro\/index.php\/2017\/07\/09\/displazia-abdominala-cum-m-am-trezit-dupa-nastere-intr-un-alt-corp\/\">displazie<\/a>. Totuna. Ideea e ca pe langa problema medicala in sine, mai este si una de ordin estetic, care nu imi da pace.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pentru ca muschii nu mai sunt asezati cum trebuie, ramane un colacel in zona abdominala, de care este foarte greu sa scapi. Nici nu ma gandesc la vreo interventie chirurgicala, mai ales ca am inteles ca doua degete, atat cat imi incap mie intre muschi, nu ar fi chiar asa grav.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Desigur, exista exercitii speciale pe care le putem face pentru a ameliora aceasta problema. Dar am fost atat de lenesaaa \ud83d\ude41 Am 8 luni jumate de cand am nascut si nu am facut sport mai deloc si nici cu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mamapentrudoi.ro\/index.php\/2018\/02\/02\/dieta-fara-gluten-lactate-si-zahar-cum-supravietuit-timp-de-o-luna\/\">dieta<\/a> nu o duc prea bine. Asa ca acel colacel este bine mersi la locul lui si nu da niciun semn ca ar trece de la sine :((<\/p>\n<p>Am zis ca e cazul sa fac si eu macar un minim efort in acest sens: sa caut exercitii pentru diastaza abdominala pe youtube si sa le fac acasa. Asa ca de o saptamana fac in fiecare zi o serie de astfel de exercitii, timp de douazeci de minute.
