Dar atunci, pe moment, ciocolata aia fina ma face, da, sa ma simt mai bine. Asta inseamna mancaruri care nu sunt cele mai sanatoase (cele cumparate de mine) sau nu tocmai dietetice (tocanitele, pilaful sau sarmalele de la mama).<\/p>\n<p>Vezi si:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mamapentrudoi.ro\/index.php\/2018\/12\/06\/dieta-oshawa\/\">Dieta Oshawa, dieta care promite marea cu sarea. De ce am esuat dupa 3 zile<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Alimentatia mea inainte sa am copii? Cred ca 4 ani de zile am mancat la pranz numai salata! Colegele mele de birou sunt martore \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Cola? Ani de zile nu pusesem gura pe asa ceva. Eu suc acidulat? Sau orice fel de suc? Doamne fereste si pazeste! Apa plata si atat. Pizza? Nici nu stiam ce gust mai are! McDonalds si KFC? Si asta pentru ca, aleluia, sala este la coltul strazii pe care stau eu (Sa iti dea Dumnezeu sanatate, Raluca!:) Cu dieta stau mai prost. Timp de o luna, in incercarea de a tine dieta, am revenit la un meniu ultra sanatos, cu calorii putine. Mancam in special carne\/peste cu salata\/legume la tigaie\/cutor. Dar dezamagita ca dupa o luna de efort acul cantarului se incapatana sa ramana nemiscat (dupa o pierdere initiala de 2 kg, dar probabil apa), am renuntat \ud83d\ude42 Imi pare tare rau, dar chiar era un efort. E complicat sa tii dieta, atat din punct de vedere al organizarii, al timpului, dar si financiar. Ma costa dublu cosul de cumparaturi. Apoi trebuia sa stau sa imi pregatesc mesele, sa gatesc etc. Timp pe care nu prea il am. Pentru ca mesele astea le faceam numai pentru mine.<\/p>\n<p>Si partea proasta e ca dupa dieta, parca de nervi ca nu am reusit sa imi indeplinesc obiectivul, ma arunc si mai tare in mancare \ud83d\ude41 O sa incerc sa o iau de la capat si, foarte important, sa scap de obsesia de a ma cantari in fiecare zi. Cred ca la un moment dat, daca as fi continuat cu alimentatia sanatoasa, s-ar fi vazut probabil si pe cantar. Dar asa, hopa sus pe cantar in fiecare zi\u2026 Imi venea sa il arunc pe geam.
